Our team has extensive experience working within public and not for profit services. We are passionate about making sure every individual gets the helps they need, when they are ready, without having anyone slip through the cracks. We love being able to creatively tailor our interventions to each client. As such all of clinicians use a range of therapeutic modalities and activities. Whether an individual requests a specific modality, or has a mix of modalities throughout their time with us- from art or play in therapy, outdoor therapy, somatic work, internal family systems or EMDR- our team always work towards you meeting your goals in your own way and own time, with our purpose being to build your capacity so one day, you will no longer need us!
