An invoice will be issued to the provided email address following your session, which will be due within 1 week of receipt. Alternatively, cash payment is accepted on the day of your appointment.
Unfortunately, we do not have any card payment options at present, however, if this is your preference, please contact us, and we are able to facilitate this via our client management system. If you hold private health insurance, rebates may be available depending on your level of cover. Medibank, AHM, Police Health, Emergency Service Health, St Luke’s Health, CUA Health, Phoenix Health Fund are all accepted.

We are able to support participants who are self or plan managed at present.
Please advise our team if you require assistance to gain access to the NDIS.
We can compile a comprehensive psychosocial assessment, accompanied by the necessary report to support you application.
Cancellations on the day of the session, including non-attendance will be invoiced at the full session rate. Please be advised, we require 48hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
