Fees and Cancellations

Please contact us for a full list of our services and fees. These fees are updated each financial year and clients are advised of any changes via email. 

After hours or weekend appointments may be made available if clients feel they can not attend during business hours or require more urgent support. As our team need to be paid penalty rates, these sessions  incur additional charges. 

An invoice will be issued to the provided email address following your session, which will be due within 1 week of receipt. Alternatively, cash payment is accepted on the day of your appointment. 

Unfortunately, we do not have any card payment options at present, however, if this is your preference, please contact us, and we are able to facilitate this via our client management system. If you hold private health insurance, rebates may be available depending on your level of cover. Medibank, AHM, Police Health, Emergency Service Health, St Luke’s Health, CUA Health, Phoenix Health Fund are all accepted.

 We are able to support participants who are self or plan managed at present.

We can compile a comprehensive psychosocial assessment, accompanied by the necessary report to support you application.
